As a fellow member of Tay Valley Family History Society as the webmaster, I have compiled the following lists from information on microfilm from the Old Parish Records (including Burial books) for the Parish of Monikie, in Angus (formerly Forfarshire) in Scotland, for use by researchers.

A considerable amount of effort during the summer of 2000 was put into collating the data in these lists . . . . but before you look, have you read my general notes?

Monikie Burials - 1 - A list sourced from references in "The Monikie Story", a book by a former Minister of the Monikie Parish.
Monikie Deaths & Burials - 2 - A very large list (of nearly 1000 names) in DATE order from 1612 to 1854 of deaths with burials, MOSTLY in Monikie Kirkyard, but also in a few nearby parishes.
Monikie Registration District, Statutory Death Records in DATE order from 1855 to 1875, also1881 & 1891.
Monikie Burials - 3 - An alphabetical surname list of the year (only) of the deaths of a few individuals (together with cross-references to a list of old Monikie gravestone records to be found HERE.)
